Responsibilities

• Operate production section with staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• Serve as Project Manager and oversee production on projects alongside management duties.
• Manage section staff and coordinate services with other sections.
• Involve in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated via proactive project management systems.
• Implement and monitor company policy; train and develop personnel.
• Lead multidiscipline teams and collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff.
