HDR, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Scientist II to join our Seattle/Bellevue team. You will lead wetland and stream delineations, conduct habitat surveys, and prepare comprehensive environmental documents for diverse projects.

Preferred candidates hold a PWS/WPIT, GIS experience, and a Washington driver’s license. This full-time role supports permits under CWA/ESA/NEPA and requires strong writing and independent work capabilities.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field.
5 years of technical and/or field experience preparing environmental documents.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong environmental writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attitude and commitment to employee-owned culture is a must.

Mansioni

Lead wetland and stream delineations and related field surveys.
Collect project data including field investigations for wetlands and waters.
Prepare environmental reports and mitigation options addressing project impacts.
Support permitting and regulatory documentation (CWA, NEPA/SEPA, ESA, etc.).
Work on small to medium projects independently or assist senior scientists on larger projects.
Perform related duties as needed.
