Job summary

Pace is seeking a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in Mount Juliet, TN. You will conduct hands-on analysis of air, water, and soil samples to ensure the integrity and quality of environmental data that protect communities and ecosystems.

The role requires a chemistry/biochemistry background and the ability to work in a real lab, with shifts Tue-Sat and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $19.00 per hour, with full benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods and wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform, support, and oversee the analysis of air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
