Job summary

Guzi-West Inspection and Consulting, LLC is seeking a new team member for Northern California to support hazardous material and indoor air quality projects, including asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold testing. The candidate should be a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills and be willing to travel and work overtime as projects require.

Responsibilities include field surveys, project management, operation of specialized equipment, and report writing.

Qualifications

• AA/AS in Environmental Science or 2+ years in related field.
• Understanding of building systems.
• Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Project management and hazardous material field surveys.
• Operate air sampling equipment and collect samples for analysis.
• Prepare reports and provide technical guidance on regulatory matters.
• Travel to job sites and manage equipment transfer.
• Schedule work and support administrative tasks.
• Conduct site surveys following safety and PPE guidelines.
