Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree for General Education courses.
• Bachelor’s degree with credential required for program courses toward Diploma/Associate’s.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience since degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned per SAE policies.
• Deliver instruction aligned with Student-Centered Active Education.
• Create conducive learning environment and engage students.
• Support campus events and academic advising as requested.
• Maintain attendance records and submit grades on time.
• Plan and prepare for classes to support learning outcomes.
• Advise and support at‑risk students; document contacts.
• Complete faculty development activities annually.
• Maintain instructor eligibility per regulations.
• Supervise makeup sessions, tutoring, and student clubs when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
