Layton Construction seeks a seasoned ESH Manager to implement corporate, field, and office safety policies across project sites in the United States. You’ll lead safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of integrity and safety.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of ESH experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/MSHA/DOT/EPA rules, CCIP familiarity, and travel flexibility. The role emphasizes coaching teams, auditing programs, and continuous risk reduction.
