  • - Strong working knowledge of ASTM due diligence standards, U.S. environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA), and state environmental regulations throughout New England.

  • - Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making in a business context.

  • - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Prior experience assessing environmental risks for a bank, financial institution, or real estate lender.
