Job summary

AECOM seeks a strategic, results-driven Remediation Program Manager with deep expertise in environmental assessment and remediation for Oil and Gas clients in Colorado.

The role leads complex programs across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. You will manage a team of remediation professionals and collaborate with clients to deliver compliant, safe project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent
• Background check required
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to pass MVR check
• US Citizenship or permanent residency required; sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Drives program performance to meet client satisfaction and KPIs
• Directly manages remediation projects and supervises remediation professionals
• Engages with Governance & Risk Leader to address service issues proactively
• Develops solutions to client problems and conducts program reviews to improve performance
• Leads business development efforts to grow backlog and bookings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field

Master’s degree in environmental engineering
