Job summary

The role requires interpreting regulations, coordinating with engineers and regulators, and contributing to safety and budgeting initiatives.

The position demands a B.S. in environmental science or engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in environmental science, environmental engineering or related field required.
• 2-4 years of work-related experience required.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, advise, and implement regulatory requirements for assigned areas.
• Communicate environmental requirements to all affected parties across the facility.
• Interface with outside consultants, engineers, and regulatory agencies to address inquiries and inspections.
• Assist with Emergency Response Team involvement and other safety-related duties.
• Monitor compliance tasks and deadlines and support budgeting processes.
