Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead remediation efforts in Hawaii and Guam. The role focuses on managing large-scale projects, coordinating with clients and regulators, and guiding multidisciplinary teams based in Honolulu.

The position requires a BS in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science and willingness to travel. Master’s degree and DoD site access experience are a plus. Hybrid work model in Hawaii with opportunities on Guam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in environmental remediation projects.
• US Citizen, for access to DoD project sites.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
• A valid driver's license with MVR check per policy.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more very complex projects with a national footprint or extensive service scope.
• Oversees Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies and Remedial Actions.
• Coordinates with clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies to meet requirements.
• Manages all phases of projects from start to closeout and tracks budgets.
• Oversees field activities and interacts with project teams including subcontractors.
