Aerostar Environmental and Construction LLC is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects, manage budgets and schedules, and supervise technical staff. The role requires extensive experience in environmental consulting, federal programs, and military munition projects, with strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, earth sciences, or related field.
• Client management experience required.
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience on federal projects.
• 5+ years of experience in Military Munitions Response projects or task management.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
• Ability to recommend approaches for new/improved processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects.
• Coordinates and manages subcontractors/field personnel.
• Interprets and records data, conducts analyses and ensures compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
• Manages project invoicing and cash flow management.
• Articulates technical recommendations to clients and regulatory agencies.
