The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's in civil or environmental engineering, ideally possess a PE or PG license, and have 4-8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting Phase I and II ESAs, managing inspections, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout California and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards.
• Manages asbestos and lead-based paint building inspections.
• Maintains existing client base and cultivates new client prospects.
