Qualifications
4-8 years of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license is preferred.
Willingness to travel throughout California and surrounding states.
Responsibilities
Conducts Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards.
Manages asbestos and lead-based paint building inspections.
Maintains existing client base and cultivates new client prospects.
