Job summary

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists seeks an environmental professional to lead projects and teams, manage client accounts, and perform field services including PCAs, Phase I, and due diligence. You will write reports, ensure quality, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with client-facing personnel.

The role emphasizes strong communication, business acumen, and a proactive approach to delivering superior client experience across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science with 5–12 years of experience, at least three servicing major clients.
• Hands-on field work with environmental services such as Property Condition Assessments and Phase I.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a client execution team with self-direction.
• Business savvy and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Project management from self-generated proposals through field execution within scope, budget and time.
• Hands-on field work including PCAs, Phase I, Due Diligence, SWPPP and SPCC.
• Report writing and quality control.
• Update stakeholders on project progress.
• Develop and maintain client accounts and relationships.
• Mentor junior project team members.

• Report writing and quality control
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Clientaccount development and relationship building
• Mentoring junior project team members

Qualifications
