Jacobs is seeking an Environmental Project Manager for the Pacific Northwest Environmental Planning and Permitting Team, based in Portland, OR or Bellevue, WA. Our Northwest Environmental Planning and Permitting (EPP) Team is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in conducting comprehensive environmental review and permitting for transportation, ports and maritime, water, wastewater, and energy sector projects. Our dynamic interdisciplinary EPP team includes environmental planners, biologists, cultural resources specialists, GIS specialists, geomorphologists, and stream restoration engineers who provide leadership and support for a variety of public and private sector projects. Our relationships across the company allow us to regularly and seamlessly collaborate closely with technical specialists outside of our immediate team in nearly any area of expertise. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to influence and provide leadership as part of the quickly growing Jacobs’ environmental practice in the Pacific Northwest. The duties of this role include project/task management, interagency/interdisciplinary coordination, public involvement, business development, and opportunities to mentor staff.
We offer genuine flexibility including hybrid (home/office) working arrangement to promote work-life balance. Most work may be performed remotely; however, in-office or onsite presence is expected at least two days per week, and travel may be required for specific internal or external meetings or project needs. The role is based in Portland, OR or Bellevue, WA.

The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $220,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
