Job summary

Aventiaenv in Hammond, LA seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead planning and execution of natural resource projects, including permitting, field studies, data analysis and reporting.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, coordinate with regulators, prepare permit packages, manage project teams, and build long-term client relationships while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, botany, hydrology, soil science, or similar natural resources field.
• 3+ years’ experience with permitting and NEPA including permit applications and ecological assessments.
• Knowledge of federal/state wetland delineation and regulatory processes; ability to prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of natural resource projects, including permitting and NEPA.
• Coordinate field studies, data collection, analyses and reporting for federal/state/local agencies.
• Prepare permit packages and supporting documents; lead or participate in client and regulator meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget; manage project teams.
