Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC seeks an Environmental Project Manager in the United States, focused on managing environmental consulting projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and resources, mentor staff, and communicate with clients to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will lead project discussions, prepare proposals and reports, oversee field and office personnel, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to Environmental Consulting
• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) is preferred; licensure may be required depending on work performed
• 2 years of related experience
• Excellent knowledge of environmental principles and applications
• Strong project management and consulting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Must have valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary

Responsibilities

• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development
• Maintains regular client communication and builds relationships
• Prepares proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders
• Reviews deliverables and leads project discussions with clients
• Oversees field and office resources for project execution
• Ensures compliance with regulations and certifications
• Directs remediation and abatement activities
• Conducts site visits to assess quality and progress
• Prepares technical reports and recommendations
