The role provides a path toward Project Manager responsibilities, including greater ownership of delivery, client engagement, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• BS in civil or environmental engineering.

• Experience in environmental consulting; NJ/PA market preferred.

• Knowledge of NJDEP/PADEP/USEPA programs (CERCLA, RCRA).

• Professional certification (EIT or PE).

• Demonstrated client development and management ability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to develop remediation strategies and oversee fieldwork.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites in the Mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Support technical and financial aspects of environmental projects, with geographic emphasis in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Prepare scopes of work for proposals and projects, budgets, and procurement packages.
• Assist with cost estimates and evaluation of remedial alternatives.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Plan and coordinate subsurface investigations and remedial activities.
• Participate in proposal development and support business development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across offices.
• Travel to project sites for fieldwork and occasional overnight assignments.
