The Environmental Project Coordinator is a key member of the national operations team who works closely with the sales and production teams to ensure that all environmental projects in their assigned area are staffed appropriately, and job files and documentation are tracked and organized. Playing the critical role in project documentation and workflow, the NEC's role supports four key functions: processing and submitting all permits, quality job documentation, ensuring all state training requirements are met, and total state compliance.
The Environmental Project Coordinator owns the project file documentation from set-up to close.
Working closely with Sales, the PM, and the field staff, they ensure a quality file product.
This role has no direct reports.
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred, High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
