• Oversee budget, contracts, grants, and staffing funding.
• Collaborate with City departments and external partners.
• Manage Adopt A Storm Drain program and public outreach.
• Provide oversight of regulatory requirements such as cost reporting and asset management.
• Develop field data collection and assessment programs; mentor teams.
