Job summary

Biogensys is hiring an Environmental Program Planner for our client in Trenton, NJ. The role involves coordinating work for hourly appraisers and ensuring data is properly uploaded into the bureau's database.

Responsibilities include liaising with case managers and applicants, preparing correspondence, and utilizing GIS and GPS within our information systems. A bachelor’s degree is required, with familiarity in coastal environments and Microsoft Office encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience with appraisal processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with coastal environment and mapping concepts is advantageous.

Job description

We are hiring an Environmental Program Planner for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description
  • Assist the full-time Tidelands staff appraiser with the tracking and assigning of work and assignments to hourly appraisers.
  • Ensure the required appraisal review reports and data are uploaded into the database.
  • Act as a liaison between the Tidelands case managers, and/or the applicants and the Appraisal Unit staff.
  • Prepare correspondence including emails and letters to order appraisals or to provide other guidance or deficiency information.
  • The position also involves utilization of various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the bureau, including GIS and GPS.
Skills Required
  • Familiarity with the coastal environment (including urban, suburban and rural areas), appraisal work and/or geography a plus.
  • Microsoft Office
Education Required
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor s degree
Work Hours
  • TBD
  • Lunch (unpaid): 30 minutes
