Job summary
Tradebe is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily plant operations within our processing facility in East Chicago, IN. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and team performance while ensuring efficient processing of materials and inventory.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in industrial operations.
- Strong safety and regulatory compliance experience.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and lead teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Champions EHS culture and regulatory adherence.
- Coach and develop production personnel to drive performance.
- Oversee material processing, inventory management, and workflow execution.
- Partner with Laboratory, Maintenance, Receiving, and other departments to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with RCRA, permits, and company policies.
- Monitor equipment reliability and coordinate maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
