Responsibilities

Establish overall permitting strategy, schedules, and risk management for major projects.
Lead high‑risk environmental permitting matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Advise executive project leadership on routing, design, and compliance implications.
Direct agency engagement and negotiate with regulators and stakeholders.
Review permit applications, analyses, and project commitments for quality and alignment.
Anticipate regulatory developments and mitigate risk through proactive responses.
Coach permitting staff and promote standardized practices.
Support proposals, client/policy presentations, and business development.
Represent the company in high‑visibility meetings, hearings, and inspections.
