Responsibilities

• Perform routine environmental monitoring of surfaces, water, and air.
• Collect swab samples for ATP, Allergen, and Pathogen testing.
• Report environmental monitoring results for trending and corrective actions.
• Communicate with other departments regarding out-of-specifications and out-of-trend results.
• Monitor sanitation levels and ensure compliance with safety policies.
