Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Associate Scientist to perform entry-level microbiological testing in support of manufacturing and Quality Control. You will work on Environmental Monitoring, raw materials, in-process samples, stability, and finished products with emphasis on accurate documentation and clear results.

Qualifications

• Entry-level microbiological testing to support QC and manufacturing.
• Techniques include testing of raw materials, in-process samples, stability and finished products.
• Includes bacterial filter retention testing and basic method validations for tech transfer.
• Clear oral and written communication of work and results.

Responsibilities

• Articulate work issues clearly to management and peers.
• Complete testing and document in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Assess testing results and report data discrepancies and out of limits conditions.
• Document investigations, incident reports and corrective actions as assigned.
• Manage work and time with sound judgement and objective reasoning.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety policies.
• Peer review data for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain training compliance through KabiLift.
