Job summary

Pacific Rim is seeking an Environmental Manager to develop and oversee environmental strategies and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance while minimizing the organization’s environmental footprint.

You will lead audits, train staff, collaborate with departments, manage projects and budgets, and stay current with evolving regulations and industry trends. This on-site role located in Tamuning, Guam offers the opportunity to drive sustainable practices across the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in environmental management, including knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certification in environmental management (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
