The ideal candidate will independently handle cases, structure discovery, depose witnesses, draft motions, and prepare for trial while collaborating with a team of professionals in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• California-licensed attorney with strong academic credentials.
• 3–5 years of experience in environmental law, civil litigation and/or general liability.
• Ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking/defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
