ECS Group of Companies is seeking a field-based environmental monitoring assistant in Ohio. The role involves working outdoors on environmental projects, supporting site inspections, sampling, field documentation, and daily reporting.

You will coordinate with contractors and project staff while gaining exposure to wetlands, groundwater, soil investigations, and remediation monitoring. The position requires pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 0 years of related experience.
• If driving for ECS, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of geotechnical field investigation and testing methods.
• Developing problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in both field and office environments.
