Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in sustainability or environmental initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop regional and site-level sustainability action plans to minimize community impacts.
Collaborate across watershed stewardship, biodiversity, circular resource flows, carbon removal, and local community benefit initiatives.
Partner with Google's Data Center Energy and Power teams during commercial processes.
Help inform power procurement, infrastructure and energy-related contracts for 24/7 carbon-free goals.
Translate complex emissions data into clear narratives and actionable plans.
Establish program frameworks, milestones, and risk mitigation for site sustainability strategies.
Work within tight timelines and changing project constraints.
Coordinate with sustainability teams to address customer emission escalations.
