Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Health Worker - Housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will perform housekeeping tasks in patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, and clinic areas according to Environmental Services procedures.

Evening shift 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., full time with a $2/hour evening shift differential.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides a clean, safe and friendly environment for patients, visitors, and associates by providing housekeeping services. Responsible for cleaning tasks in patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Any combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the duties of the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
