Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization to hire a QHSE Coordinator in Atlanta, onsite. This role combines quality and safety initiatives across manufacturing operations and installation activities, with a focus on establishing robust programs for future expansion.

You'll conduct safety inspections, support OSHA compliance, assist with incident investigations and CAPAs, and help drive ISO 9001 aligned quality management systems while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quality, Safety, QHSE, or related environments.
• Hands-on safety experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Experience in quality inspections, audits, and documentation.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and jobsite observations.

What You'll Do

As the QHSE Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting both quality and safety initiatives across manufacturing operations and installation‑related activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and jobsite observations
• Support OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs
• Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety training
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on prevention and accountability
• Conduct quality inspections and support quality assurance activities
• Manage nonconformance reporting (NCRs) and corrective/preventive action programs (CAPAs)
• Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 principles
• Participate in customer, internal, and third‑party audits
• Track quality and safety performance metrics and prepare reporting for leadership
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project teams

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Safety, QHSE, Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Construction environments
• Hands‑on safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, field, fabrication, construction, or installation environments
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
• Experience conducting safety inspections, hazard assessments, audits, or investigations
• Experience supporting quality systems, inspections, audits, and quality documentation
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment

Preferred

• ISO 9001 experience
• Manufacturing, fabrication, industrial construction, MEP, modular construction, or data center experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• ASQ, CQIA, CQT, CSP, ASP, CHST, or related certifications
