As an EHS Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a safe, healthy, and engaging work environment for the Dixon, IL, plant, a manufacturer of quality aseptic products. Your role will directly impact the success of the site by leading all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. You will champion a culture of safety across the facility by working closely with employees and leadership, identifying and mitigating risks, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all team members are trained and equipped to maintain a safe and compliant workplace—making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day experience of employees. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $ 95,000 to $142,600 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
