  • Maintain SEDEX (SMETA) audit certification and social compliance readiness, ensuring alignment across labor standards, health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics
  • Develop an actionable roadmap to attain ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) certification in the near future, aligning document control and EHS workflows with core operational quality standards
  • Facilitate the Internal Supplier Audit Program to ensure supply chain transparency, ethical sourcing, and compliance with internal company policies
  • Work directly with product design and R&D teams to embed safe, compliant, and sustainable processes into new product innovations and workflow enhancements
  • Track and report meaningful leading indicators on EHS risk, ISO system readiness, document control compliance, and SEDEX performance to local Senior Leadership and the Global Sustainability Officer
