Superior Essex Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead and advance environmental, health, and safety programs across our Franklin, Indiana operations.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence. The EHS Manager will partner cross-functionally to reduce waste, ensure EPA/OSHA compliance, and drive KPIs related to safety and environmental performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and related regulations.

• Drive ongoing improvements in safety and environmental performance.

Position Overview
