Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a field-oriented Geology professional to conduct and coordinate environmental investigations in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll oversee subcontractors, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive technical reports for regulatory stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, report writing, and team collaboration, with opportunities to lead projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills.
• Experience performing investigatory fieldwork.
• Familiarity with GIS or related tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate geological and environmental field investigations.
• Oversee subcontractors during data collection activities.
