Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Field Services Technician to provide on-site field support for various projects. You will ensure safety and efficiency while meeting project goals and delivering value to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, assisting with removal of underground tanks, performing demolition labor, handling small tools, decontaminating gear, and responding to spills. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Prepares necessary supplies, tools, and other equipment for transport to worksite.
• Cleans and scrapes the inside, and assists with the removal of, underground chemical storage tanks; prepares waste for proper disposal.
• Provides demolition labor of contaminated buildings and land sites; operates excavation and filter press equipment.
• Operates small hand tools and provides other construction-related assistance during projects.
• Decontaminates Company equipment and tools.
• Loads, unloads and samples drums; responds to emergency spills as needed.
• Maintains the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to project sites.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
