Job summary

Envirocheck is seeking Environmental Field Technicians / Consultants to join our growing team in California. On-site inspections of residential, commercial and industrial buildings are conducted, with documentation of site conditions, sampling, and client consultations.

We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and certification courses, with a defined career path to reach Level 2 Consultant in about 9 months, including a salary increase to $72,500 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• No prior experience required; we will fully train the right candidate.
• Preferred: BS in Construction Management, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or related field.
• CAC/CSST/Lead Sampling Technicians/CA DHS Lead Inspector/Assessors certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site environmental inspections, documenting site conditions and client consultations.
• Produce accurate survey reports based on inspection notes and data.
• Provide clear remedial recommendations and solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple parties during inspections.
• Follow all state and federal regulations and communicate this to clients.
