Job summary

TRADEBE is seeking an Environmental Field Chemist to launch your career in a field-based role within the environmental services industry. This hands-on position involves identifying, packaging, and labeling hazardous waste for safe transport and disposal in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities include processing regulatory documentation, unpacking materials at plant locations, sampling contents, and driving a 26‑ft box truck after CDL hazmat approval.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • Previous lab packing experience preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of, or interest in learning, hazardous waste regulations
  • Must be able and willing to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of hire
  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check
  • Willing and able to travel and wear a full-face respirator
