Job description

NORTECH is an Alaska-based environmental engineering and consulting firm with offices in Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Juneau. With a team of approximately 25 professionals statewide, we operate as a close-knit, highly collaborative group where every team member plays a meaningful role.

We support environmental projects across Alaska, including environmental site assessments, site characterization and remediation, hazardous materials investigations, and regulatory coordination. Our work takes us to remote communities, urban redevelopment sites, industrial facilities, military installations, and everything in between. Because of our size and structure, staff gain hands-on experience with engineering concepts and professional project management early in their careers. Team members work directly with senior professionals in both field and office settings, traveling throughout Alaska and contributing to projects from planning through reporting.

We believe technical excellence is built through experience, accountability, and trust. At NORTECH, your work is valued and directly connected to the communities we serve.
