Job summary

ProSidian seeks an Environmental Engineer to provide Independent Engineering advisory services for the DOE LPO Energy Dominance Financing program. The role focuses on environmental engineering controls, permitting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance across US projects, with remote project support and On-site meetings as needed.

The candidate will review documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver lender-ready due diligence and certification products for energy infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
• Experience on oil & gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Credentials such as PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for EDF program technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities.
• Review project documentation, evaluate interfaces, identify risks and mitigations, and prepare defensible reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support lender and DOE decision-making.
