Job description

The Environmental Engineer chair at LaunchCore Corp is for builders, not bystanders, with $57,000 - $85,000 attached and Express.js on the daily menu. The headline is $57,000 - $85,000, but the story is ownership — technology work you steer at LaunchCore Corp after just 1 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Sketch CI/CD sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Translate quietly-ambitious business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Backfill Terraform test coverage on the riskiest corners of LaunchCore Corp's codebase
• Stand up observability so LaunchCore Corp sees failures before customers in MD do
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Written Communication

What You'll Bring

• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support junior teammates
• Working knowledge of TypeScript alongside transferable Cypress chops
• An eye for the unpretentious detail that separates fine from finished
• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
• A slow-to-anger bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• Fluency in Interpersonal Skills earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial

What sets LaunchCore Corp apart isn't size but a heads-down-and-happy Frederick culture that refuses to ship Process Improvement it wouldn't trust itself. Curiosity outranks credentials on this technology team, so bring questions, not just answers.

We pair $57,000 - $85,000 with a seasoned mentor, so your TypeScript sharpens fast while the benefits quietly take care of everything else.

Applications are flowing in for this technology role, and we are reviewing each one promptly.
