Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to join our environmental services team. You will travel to assigned locations to pack, transport, and properly dispose of waste material in compliance with our environmental policies and procedures.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, and up to 4 overnight stays per week with paid hotel expenses and per diem. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• By law, must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred: TWIC Card, Tanker endorsement, Hazmat endorsement.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) important.
• DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to locations on assigned route and transport waste material.
• Pack, transport and properly dispose of waste in accordance with policies and procedures.

Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

• To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• By law, you must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.
