Stantec is looking for a Digital Practice Manager for their Environmental Services North America team, handling digital assets and tools. The position is flexible across the United States and Canada, requiring expertise in project management and industry technology.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in professional services, specifically in environmental consulting, and a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field. Strong leadership skills and technology certifications are advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary between $147,500.00 and $221,300.00 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional services experience.
• Experience in environmental consulting is required.
• Technology or Data Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Case Analysis (BCA) process for ES NA digital ideas.
• Work with Project Accounting Teams to set up cost accumulation projects.
• Manage ES NA Software Assets and renewals.
