Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, liberal arts or the equivalent related work experience.
• A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to process information timely and accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the SVP-Chief Environment and Sustainability Officer and audit teams; prepares confidential data and reports.
• Coordinates reporting of worldwide environmental activities and drafts correspondence.
• Prepares and reviews weekly and monthly corporate environmental reports; proofs and distributes audit reports.
• Processes invoices and expense reports; responds to regulatory data requests and inquiries.
• Provides travel support, schedules meetings, and handles inquiries and problem resolution.
