CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance our analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will lead a team, collaborate with digital teams, support marketing and business development, and help prioritize IP and R&D investments.

This role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary engineers, scientists, and technicians, shaping ideas into actionable analytics tools to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12 years related experience.
• Equivalently, related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data across applications (water quality, remedial investigations, actions, and treatment operations).
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions for environmental needs.
• Work with local, national, and international technical teams across multiple practice areas to expand capabilities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments in analytics tools and technologies.
• Manage IP and R&D investments by reviewing ideas and prioritizing investments and linking to IP protection processes.
• Grow environmental data analytics practitioners to provide services for diverse client projects.
• Track opportunities and client relationships for analytics services.
