Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader who will drive data analytics capabilities across environmental services, collaborating with digital teams and SMEs to deliver advanced analytics solutions for clients.

You will build a team, manage IP/R&D investments, support marketing and business development, and coordinate with engineers, scientists and designers to expand CDM Smith's environmental analytics offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data across applications (water quality, remedial investigations, remediation actions, O&M).
• Collaborate with sales teams and CDM Smith’s digital subsidiary, Trinnex, on technical sales, design and delivery of environmental data analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments in analytics tools and technologies.
• Grow and manage environmental data analytics practitioners delivering services to clients.
• Engage with discipline leaders and SMEs to gather ideas and assess needs for analytics innovation.
