Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Environmental Specialist to support its Cedar Rapids Corn Complex. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Environmental/Engineering, 2–4 years in environmental compliance, and strong knowledge of air, waste, water regulations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Environmental, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in an environmental compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of air, waste, water regulations and EMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with EMS implementation and sustainment for the site.
• Collaborate with management, operations and engineering on environmental issues.
• Support permitting activities and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare environmental reports and maintain records per compliance programs.
