• Degree and relevant professional experience in environmental compliance or related field.
• Experience reviewing noise, dust, and vibration monitoring data and reports.
• Knowledge of NYC environmental regulations and permitting requirements.

• Review reports, field observations, and monitoring data for compliance risks.
