Ideal candidates will have experience in environmental engineering and a strong understanding of compliance processes. This role offers a salary range of $105,000 - $140,000 plus stock options, and is a key position in their supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an air permit program end to end.
• Experience with EPCRA Tier II reporting and SPCC program.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Experience managing environmental specialists and compliance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility's air permit program with Maricopa County.
• Oversee EPCRA Tier II reporting and spill prevention programs.
• Maintain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Serve as liaison for environmental inspections and audits.
