Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating environmental compliance programs.
• Working knowledge of CWA, CAA, RCRA, CERCLA, and ISO14001.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create, carry out, and refine environmental compliance programs to align with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Manage air, water, stormwater, natural resource permits, and spill prevention programs, including inspections and reporting.
• Lead hazardous waste compliance activities including inspections, shipments, and program oversight.
• Conduct environmental audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions aligned with ISO14001.
• Support construction projects and contractors to ensure environmental requirements are met.
