Job summary

LEONARDO HELICOPTERS US CORPORATION is seeking an Environmental Engineer for our Philadelphia site to manage environmental compliance programs under direction of the EHS Manager.

The role covers ISO 14001 implementation, reporting sustainability metrics, and coordination across sites in Philadelphia and Milton, with a technician assisting hazardous waste tasks. Requires 3–5 years in environmental compliance and BS in Environmental Studies.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years working in environmental compliance.
• Regulatory experience with EPA, DEP and Philadelphia regulations.
• Experience working in an ISO 14001 management system.
• Licensure/Certification such as CHMM or CSP is helpful; HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Maintain compliant environmental programs for air, waste, water.
• Prepare PPC plan and coordinate regulatory reporting.
• Train supervisors on regulations and audit performance.
• Manage hazardous and universal waste programs and data reporting.
